About the event
Cyclic Meditationn is a moving meditation technique that combines periods of stimulations with Asana or postures with periods of relaxations using different methods of relaxation to achieve deep mental and physical release of excessive tension and stress.
Sound Healing is used during the meditation to enhance the effects and reach a cellular level. This session combines Crystal bowls and A U M mantra vibrated with our voices. Your heart rate can be measured before and after to see immidiate effect.
This meditation will be held at YogaSix Miami Midtown location. Wear comfortabe clothing, you may bring a blanket and your mat. YogaSix provides mat and towels if you need.
